As every year, BOB’s main feature is the intensive 6+1 hour choreography bootcamp designed for advanced On2 salsa dancers. The bootcamp is aiming to provide a unique opportunity for a concentrated and intensive development in musicality, technique and styling for small group of devoted dancers. This year BOB is starring another worldwide renowned duo: Fred Dancefloor & Coco Corinne.

 The primary aim of the bootcamp is not to perform the show, but the challenge itself and the development. Nevertheless if both Fred & Coco and the team decides so, there is an opportunity to perform at the Sunday closing party. One hour rehearsal is included in the time schedule.
 
Maximum number of participants: 46 persons
The bootcamp is designed for advanced On2 salsa dancers.
The classes will be held on Saturday and Sunday.
The BOOTCAMP PASS includes 3 nights of parties (Friday-Sunday).

Payment policy
Please note:
To validate the registration, the price of the PASS shall be paid within 15 calendar days from the registration to the Organizers via money. In case a Promo code has been applied, the amount shall be paid in CASH to the authorised Ambassador.
In case of money transfer, the name of the Participant and the type of the purchased PASS shall be indicated in the comment field. All bank fees and transfer fees shall be paid by the Sender. The registration becomes final only upon payment of the whole amount.
 
If the amount is not paid, the registration is automatically cancelled and the Participant has to register again for obtaining access to the event. In case the prices of the Passes have changed in the meantime, the Participant can purchase the PASS only for the price valid in the month of new registration.

This Contract as defined below sets out the Terms and Conditions which will apply to the contractual relationship between the organizer of the event called “BOB – Break On Budapest Salsa Festival” held on 14-16th September, 2018 in Budapest, Hungary (further Organizer) and the participant (further Participant) concerning the purchase of the ticket (further PASS) and the arising rights and obligations governing the Parties.
 
Registration and booking
The registration sheet is only of informative character, it does not provide access to the event, neither grants place at the Bootcamp with limited headcounts alone. The registration becomes valid only upon payment of the deposit (in case of instalment payment) and becomes final only upon payment of the whole amount.
 
Regular payment:
To validate the registration and to finalize the purchase, the price of the PASS shall be paid within 15 calendar days from the registration by money transfer / in cash via Ambassadors / to the Organizers personally / at the venue upon registration.
 
If the amount is not paid within this timeframe, the registration is automatically cancelled and the Participant has to register again for obtaining access to the event. In case the prices of the Passes have changed in the meantime, the Participant can purchase the PASS only for the price valid in the month of new registration.
 
In case of money transfer, the name of the Participant and the type of the purchased PASS shall be indicated in the comment field. All bank fees and transfer fees shall be paid by the Sender.
 
Ambassador discount:
By applying the promo code of our authorised Ambassadors (listed on the webpage of the event) on the registration sheet, the Participant becomes eligible of a special discount (5 EUR) from the EUR prices listed on the webpage www.breakonbudapest.com In case of payment via Ambassador, the money shall be collected in cash by the Ambassador. Money transfer to the Organisers is not possible in this case. The amount shall be paid to the Ambassador within 15 days from the registration of the Participant. The Participant receives payment confirmation from the Organizers based on the Ambassadors action confirming the acceptance of the money.
 
Deposit:
BOB offers the possibility to pay in two instalments. The deposit (50 EUR) shall be paid by money transfer (or is special cases in cash personally to the Organizers). We regret to inform that the deposit is non-refundable. In case of money transfer, the name of the Participant and the type of the purchased PASS shall be indicated in the comment field. All bank fees and transfer fees shall be paid by the Sender.
 
Payment of the remaining amount:
To finalize the purchase, the remaining amount shall be paid by money transfer or in cash within the stated deadlines.
 
Registrations in February – remaining amount is to be paid by 31st March 2018
Registrations in March – remaining amount is to be paid by 30th April 2018
Registrations in April – remaining amount is to be paid by 31st May 2018
Registrations in May – remaining amount is to be paid by 30th June 2018
Registrations in June – remaining amount is to be paid by 31st July 2018
Registrations in July – remaining amount is to be paid by 31st August 2018
Registrations in August – remaining amount is to be paid by 31st August 2018 or upon request at the registration.
 
The Organizer reserves the right to change the payment deadlines if the business operation requires it. If the amount is not paid before the deadline, the registration might be cancelled and the Participant might have to register again for obtaining access to the event. In case the prices of the Passes have changed in the meantime, the Participant can purchase the PASS only for the price valid in the month of new registration.
 
Cancellation and refund
We regret to inform that the deposit (50 EUR) is non-refundable. All the cancellations shall be announced in written form to the Organizer. In case of cancellation after 7th September, 2018 the Participant is not entitled to any refund and is obliged to pay the 100% of price of the chosen PASS. In case of PASS transfer the Organizer must be informed in written form about the name change. In case of Bootcamp Passes, the PASS can be transferred to another person only with the consent of the Organizer. If the Participant has paid a deposit (50 EUR), but for some reason cannot / does not wish to attend the Event, the primary solution shall be the resale of the pass to a third party by the Participant. The name change does not entail any administrative costs, but shall be announced in written form to the Organizers.
 
If this solution does not work out and the Participant withdraws from the purchase and thus from the participation at the event, the deposit remains non-refundable, but the rest of the amount will be remitted, except if the registration or the cancellation happens after 7th September, 2018. After the stated deadline, the value of the purchased / registered PASS becomes non-refundable and has to be paid entirely.
 
If the Participant has paid the full price of the PASS, but for some reason cannot / does not wish to attend the Event, the primary solution shall be again the resale of the pass to a third party by the Participant. The name change does not entail any administrative costs, but shall be announced in written form to the Organizers. If this solution does not work out and the Participant withdraws from the purchase and thus from the participation at the event, the Organizer refunds 50% of the amount paid for the PASS, except if the registration or the cancellation happens after 7th September, 2018. After the stated deadline, the value of the purchased / registered PASS becomes non-refundable.
 
Rights and Obligations
By completion of the online registration form and payment of the full price of the PASS the Organizer grants access to the event called “BOB – Break On Budapest Salsa Festival” held on 14-16th September, 2018 in Budapest, Hungary in accordance with the content of the purchased PASS. By registering and purchasing a PASS the Participant automatically accepts the general Terms and Conditions of the Event and the Rules & Regulations. At the different venues of the workshops and the parties different Rules & Regulations might apply. The Organizer makes available the applicable Rules & Regulations at the registration desks for the Participants. The Organizer reserves the right to deny access to persons not having a valid PASS and refusing to purchase it at the entrance. The Participant accepts that the Organizer neither the Owner/Operator of the venues is not reliable for any sports- or other injuries. All participants are responsible for their own health insurance during the festival in case of physical injuries and accidents. The Participant bears full financial and criminal responsibility for the damages caused at the venues, to the Organizer or to other Participants. The Organizer is not responsible for any personal, material damage or injury caused during the event. The Participant further understands and agrees that the Organizer considers all the photographs and videos taken throughout the events his own property and might freely use for promotional or other purposes. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes in the time schedule, venues or artist line-ups.
